Every session includes careful attention to your whole being, and gentle interventions that may take the form of:
- somatically informed questions, suggestions, adjustments
- acupuncture
- Chinese herbal therapy
- gua sha, fire cupping, or other bodywork
- nutrition and supplement counseling
I incorporate Somatic Experiencing principles into every visit. Based on the work of Dr. Peter Levine, Somatic Experiencing restores health to the brain and body by integrating stored responses to trauma and chronic stress.
These are your treatments, and you get to choose every step of the way.
Transparency is key to the process, even at this exploratory stage.
Most initial sessions are $390 for close to 2.5 hours.
Most follow-up visits are $235 for 80 minutes.
I offer both longer and shorter options to meet people where they are. Home visits and telemedicine appointments are available.
Evening and weekend hours are also available. Together we’ll find a time that works to chat or to schedule an initial visit.
